15 years later

So i thought i finally caught a break. After 3 weeks of putting in applications finally an interview. Burger king in Yukon, ok a shift manager position. The interview went great, i knew the answers i needed to know, i said all the right things. That's because i know the job. I have been a shift manager, i have over 5 years total in restaurant business. Its one of those things Im real good at but always leave in search of making more money. Which hasn't worked in my favor ever. So i get this job IM sticking with it no more BS. The GM Marc liked me wanted me to start ASAP he was excited i was excited finally a job!! Marc sent me home to do my hire paperwork which i got done and then called him.
That's when the door slammed. Because of my felony poss. Charge i got back in 2001 15 years ago the owner would not hire me. Its fucking 15 years old. I haven't been in any trouble at all in 4 years, and no felonies since 04. So now i still have no job and hope is fading fast.
